Good day! Today’s Module is an orientation on The Corporate Social Responsibility. This
module discusses the importance of having a good communication strategy for the
strengthening of the relationship of the company with its customers and clients. The main goal
of this module is to explain the role of Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR in the success of
the company. In the first part of the module, we will discuss the definition and importance of
CSR, the processes involved in sustaining our Corporate Social Responsibility and finally, our
tasks as the Communications Department staff of the company.
The participants are expected to be able to come up with a strategic plan for the company after
the training. The strategic plans, although may or may not be implemented by the company,
should be practical and realistic.
